We are offering limited liability company membership units in CENSAR Technologies, LLC, a development stage Iowa limited liability company. We intend to use the offering proceeds to fund ongoing operations and complete development of new products to be offered into the appropriate market places during 2008 and 2009.
The offering will end no later than March 1, 2008. If we sell the maximum number of units prior to March 1, 2008, the offering will end on or about the date that we sell the maximum number of units. We may also end the offering any time after we sell the minimum number of units and prior to March 1, 2008.
